Central Office Technician – On the Road
We are seeking experienced Central Office Technicians to support a large-scale telecommunications initiative focused on the shutdown and decommissioning of central offices . This is a long-term, field-based opportunity , ideal for technicians who enjoy hands-on work, travel, and consistent project-based assignments.
Location: Based in Chicago, IL (Heavy Travel Required)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Long-Term Contract (through end of 2028)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $30–$34 per hour (based on experience) + plus $80/day per diem paid every day you’re in the field — including weekends
All travel expenses are fully covered by the company.
